Business financing referrals · Repair businesses

Plan the purchases behind the repairs you take on.

Repair work often starts with a diagnosis and a parts order. Explain the tools, stock or workspace expense you need to cover, using the work already booked as context.

Getting a request started

What to expect along the way

01

Funding purpose

State what the funds would pay for and when that payment is expected.

02

Business basics

Answer the form’s questions about the operation and provide accurate owner contact details.

03

Complete the request

Review the disclosures and the information entered, then verify your mobile number before sending it.

Defining the expense

Examples of expenses to outline

01

Specialist tools

Test equipment and specialist tools may open a different type of repair work. Include calibration, training and accessories required for the tools to be used safely.

02

Replacement parts

A part may need paying for before the repaired item can be returned to its owner. Separate regularly used components from items ordered for a specific customer.

03

Service space

Benches, secure storage and testing areas can change the workshop layout. Price those improvements together with any time the business cannot use the affected area.

Review expenses alongside payment dates

Use completed jobs and realistic turnaround times when planning workshop spending. A backlog may reflect missing parts or specialist work rather than available cash.

Important points for applicants

Read about the process and our role

Where do my details go after submission?

This service is compensated by funding partners for referrals and the sale of submitted application details. We may share a request with up to five partners who can contact you; our compensation is independent of funding and we charge no application fee.

Who makes the funding decision?

A referral is not a promise that a partner will make an offer. The business must meet that provider’s requirements before financing can be agreed.

When should I expect an update?

A funding partner may ask for records or clarification before making a decision. The requested date should therefore be treated as part of the application, not a promise.

How do I confirm access to my phone?

A received SMS code does not replace the need to read the contact and sharing disclosures. Review those conditions before completing the submission.
